In 2006, Ashiana Housing and Manglam Builders together launched a township at Kalwar Road, Jaipur comprising of independent villas, apartments and retirement homes under the name Ashiana Manglam & Utsav â€“ The Retirement Resorts. The project became a runaway success as the scale and quality of development began to unfold. We have handed over Manglam Villas & Apartments and also Utsav Phase â€“ I. Today, families who have moved into this township are enjoying the lifestyle.

Once again, Ashiana and Manglam have come together by bringing in years of experience and expertise to introduce a unique lifestyle to Jaipur called Rangoli Gardens.

ABOUT MANGLAM:

The Group in a short span of 10 years has completed and delivered 14 projects consisting of 9 residential/commercial and 5 commercial projects at Jaipur. The Group currently has 12 projects under development. These include 4 group housing projects, 4 commercial complexes and 4 integrated townships located at Jaipur, Udaipur and Bhilwara.

Since 1986, Ashiana has built and delivered over 85 lac Sq. ft. of residential and commercial spaces in Bihar, Jharkhand, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and the Delhi NCR. More importantly over 6500 families have moved into facilities created by Ashiana.
